Ask for what you want in plain language. Atlas carries it out in Urbanride, which stays the system of record — every trip and every change you see here is Urbanride's. Tap any example to drop it in the message box.
Urbanride identifies every request by account and booker, so the bar above starts at No account selected. Name it and Atlas switches — nothing in Urbanride changes, and you can switch again any time. New session clears it, so nothing carries over into unrelated work by accident.
“Upcoming” means the next 14 days unless you give a range; Atlas always says which range it used. Trips come back numbered, so you can refer to “the second one”. Urbanride only returns trips still in preparation — BGN, CNF, MOD and QT — so a completed or cancelled trip will not be in the list, though you can still ask for its status.
Say it however it comes naturally. Atlas searches Urbanride for the passenger, resolves the locations, prices the trip, and offers the vehicles that fit the party — ask what else is there? if you need something bigger.
At that last question you can book, or record it as a price quote instead — Urbanride prices a quote and follows up, nothing is dispatched. Prices, surcharges and cancellation terms are there whenever you ask for them.
Atlas re-reads the trip first, changes only what you asked for, and shows you a before-and-after. Cancellations show you the exact trip before you confirm — and Atlas distinguishes cancellation requested from confirmed cancelled, because the vendor acknowledgement is a separate step.
🎙 Voice lets you talk instead of type — same account, same preview, same explicit confirmation. Atlas reads the preview back and asks a clear yes/no question; if what it hears is ambiguous it asks again, and silence is never agreement. Interrupt any time by talking. ⚙ picks the voice you hear.
Every booking, change and cancellation from this session, with its outcome: awaiting confirmation (nothing sent yet), completed, failed, or ambiguous result.
This pilot covers individual reservations only. Groups, provider sourcing, pricing exceptions, account setup, billing, driver and VCN edits, vendor reconfirmation and operational status (OTW, DOL, POB, DO) are not available — use the normal process. If your access does not include an operation, Atlas says so plainly.
Check the badge above before you work: test is a practice environment; PRODUCTION means real passengers and real chauffeurs.
About this conversation. Nothing is sent to Urbanride and no trip changes — this goes to the Atlas team with the turn you are on, so they can read back what happened.
